JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2025 Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that a case for cancellation of the Jamabandi is pending before the Additional Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram apart from one Consolidation Appeal No. 31 of 2025 - 26 being pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, Rohtas as also one Rent Fixation Appeal No. 1 of 2025 - 26 being pending before the A.D.M. Rohtas, hence, no further steps are being taken in the pending Encroachment Case No. 40 of 2021 - 22 and the proceedings of the same have been kept in abeyance pending disposal of the aforesaid three cases.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respective authorities in the aforesaid three cases, however, submits that some observation be made for expediting the said cases.

3. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
