The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The allegation is of getting appointment as Prakhand Teacher in Middle school Kabela, Parbatta fraudulently. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner under protest has returned all the salaries which he had received while discharging his duties as Prakhand Teacher and that he will prove

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent, chargesheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Ist, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 269 of 2017.

The application stands allowed.
