The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and snatched different articles. The petitioner was inebriated condition.

It is submitted that there is counter version. The petitioner was brutally assaulted by the informant and others. No injury was caused to anybody. The case is compromised. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Bakhtiyarpur P.S.
