2. State counsel accepts notice for the respondents.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish copy of the writ petition to the counsel for the State/respondents.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of an order or direction or a writ preferably in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 16.04.2020 passed by the Collector, Saharsa who arbitrarily rejected petitioner's representation citing frivolous and unfounded reasons just to complete the formality of passing an order. The petitioner further prays for issuance of a writ of mandamus to the authorities to modify / amend the current panel by placing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3941 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022 2/2 petitioner at the appropriate place in view of his seniority and be further pleased to direct the authorities to regularise the services of the petitioner on class - IV sanctioned post granting him all the consequential. And/or be pleased to pass any other suitable and appropriate orders in the facts and circumstances of the case."

5. Petitioner's representations vide Annexure 4 series is pending consideration before the concerned respondent. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of petitioner's representations along with judicial pronouncement produced by him and decide the grievance of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. If the petitioner is otherwise eligible, necessary benefits shall be extended.
