This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bairiya P.S. Case No. 418 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 366-A, 511 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of POCSO Act. The petitioner is said to have involved in kidnapping of a minor girl for committing rape. The prosecution case has been supported by the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44866 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
