According to prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Vijay Singh and one another who made firing on the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned; prior to alleged occurrence, he went to the coaching centre of the deceased and asked for taking training of the computer and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raja Pakar (Barati) P.S.
