That the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for quashing the order dated 15.02.2020 (Annexure-8) passed by District Magistrate, Supaul, in Aganbadi Appeal Case No-19 of 2019, whereby and whereunder he has affirmed the order dated 06.06.2019 (Annexure-7) passed by the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S Supaul, in Case No-34/2018. Patna High Court CWJC No.1473 of 2021(5) dt.21-02-2024 2/2 officer, I.C.D.S. passed an order and modified the Memo No-2814-1 dated 05.12.2018 to that extent to cancel the selection of Asha Devi (petitioner) and further directed the Child Development Programme Officer, Raghopur, to ensure the issuance of the selection letter of Suchita Kumari,"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
