ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 23-06-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. are present.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add the Chief General Manager (Administration), Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd., R-Block, Patna as party respondent No. 4 in this case today itself.

3. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- a) To direct the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.9497 of 2025(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/3 make payment of arrear of salary for the work done by the petitioner since 01-012024 to 22-04-2024 along with 18 percent interest on the delayed payment of salary.

b) To direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 24- 082024 submitted by the petitioner for making payment of admitted due salary of the petitioner.

c) To grant any relief-reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under the facts and circumstance of the case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2024 (Annexure- P/6) is pending before the concerned authority in which it has been intimated that the petitioner's application has been referred to the Headquarter.

5. Learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation before the Chief General Manager (Administration), Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd., R-Block, Patna (respondent No. 4).

6. In light of the aforesaid submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is hereby directed to file a fresh representation before the Chief General Manager

Patna High Court CWJC No.9497 of 2025(2) dt.23-06-2025 3/3 (Administration), Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation Ltd., R-Block, Patna (respondent No. 4) within 30 days from today along with the order passed by this Hon'ble Court, and the Respondent No. 4 shall pass a reasoned and speaking order considering the merit of the case within 90 days thereafter.

7. It is further directed that the admitted dues, if any, shall be paid to the petitioner within three months.

8. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
