The petitioner seeks bail in Janki Nagar P.S. Case no. 67/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested on the basis of call details and he is said to have confessed before the police and disclosed the name of Manish Kumar, from whose possession looted articles were recovered, but no looted articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 22.06.2015, but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
