2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order under challenge here in the writ petition has also been challenged in the service appeal which has not been disposed of as yet.
3. In this view of the matter, the present writ application is hereby disposed of providing liberty to the petitioner that he may file his fresh writ petition, after disposal of his pending appeal.
