Patna High Court CWJC No.8788 of 2020(7) dt.17-08-2021 2/3 "For directing the respondent authorities to remove water logging from hospital camput immediately and illegal encroachment from canal, so that water of the campus flow smoothly through canal, any other relief/reliefs as the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case.
On 10.08.2021, we had passed the following order: "Shri Anjani Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General No. 4 informs us that the programme for the foundation stone laying ceremony is fixed for today, to be laid by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Bihar.
To this extent, we appreciate the efforts put in by Shri Anjani Kumar, learned Additional Advocate General-4 as also the State.
However, the Court is desirous of knowing as to by when the Referral Hospital would be commissioned. Also, as to whether any contract for construction of the work stands awarded or not? If not, then the time frame within which the authorities would take to finalize the process of bidding and awarding the contract to the successful bidder, in accordance with law.
At this stage, learned Advocate General, who appears on behalf of Respondent No. 4, namely the Managing Director, Bihar Medical Services and Infrastructure, Corporative (BMSIC), Asptal Road, Shastri Nagar, Patna states that such information shall be furnished on the next date.
As prayed for, list this case on 17th of August, 2021."

Patna High Court CWJC No.8788 of 2020(7) dt.17-08-2021 3/3 of Respondent No. 4, states that process of finalization of tender stands completed and within one week the letter of award would be issued to the highest tenderer. The scheduled completion time under the agreement is going to be 15 months from the date of issuance of letter, whereafter immediately the civil work would be completed and the building is likely to be inaugurated. Statement accepted and taken on record.
