Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.113 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- to the informant for the purposes of bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact and also considering the nature of dispute, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44876 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. At the time of furnishing the bail bonds, the petitioner will produce a demand draft of Rs.15,000/- prepared in the name of informant in the Court below. If such a demand draft is produced by the petitioner, the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted by the Court below. Thereafter, the Court below will hand over the said demand draft to the informant within time so that the demand draft is encashed by her. If the informant does not produce the aforesaid demand draft, in such a situation, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and he shall be taken into custody.
