The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 324, 342, 341 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife, but simple injury is caused. The petitioner is in jail since 20.07.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sarai P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014.
