JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to take necessary and appropriate action upon the representation of the petitioner dated 26.05.2020 regarding removal of the unauthorized meter connection bearing Consumer No. 1151042962, issued in the name of one Ranjeet Sah and transferred upon the property of the petitioner, completely violating the provisions of the Electricity Act and also for taking appropriate action upon the erring officers as per

Patna High Court CWJC No.3764 of 2021(2) dt.16-03-2021 2/2 law.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for redressal of his grievance.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Samastipur by filing appropriate complaint and in case such a complaint is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off preferably within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
