2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for

Patna High Court CWJC No.8660 of 2023(2) dt.02-12-2023 2/2 directing the Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the Land Dispute Appeal No. 133 of 2021 filed by the petitioner (Annexure-4) which is still pending since 2021.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa (Respondent No. 3) is directed to dispose of aforesaid land dispute appeal in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
