The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police went in search and found many persons taking wine and when Shit Kumar Sao was apprehended the villagers made protest and they, armed with different weapons, surrounded the police force and tried to get released Shit Kumar Sao. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
