ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 02-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 07.10.2024 (Annexure P/3) ventilating her grievance before the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority i.e.
Respondent No. 4 herein. The Respondent No. 4 is directed to consider the representation dated 07.10.2024 made by the petitioner for compassionate appointment. The authority shall endeavour to pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
