Petitioner and one Arun Kumar Azad lifted rice for delivery to different schools under Mid day meal scheme but it is alleged that 60 quintals rice kept in several bags were caught by the police while the aforesaid rice was being carried by the tractor. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had already delivered lifted rice to different schools which is evident from annexure 2 series to this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Kumarkhand P.S.
