2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to make payment the Salary for the period of June 2017 till date and also for direction for payment of current salary smoothly as without rhyme and reason the same is not paid, though the LPC and no dues certificate have already issued by the respondent No. 4 belatedly and further a direction for payment of interest on arrear of salary because the petitioner is being harassed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10378 of 2020 dt.11-01-2022 2/2 (ii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under facts and circumstances of the case."

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner as to whether petitioner is entitled to salary for the period from June 2017 till date so also LPC and other issues. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance in the light of pleadings in the present petition and pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to the aforesaid relief or not? Such a speaking order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
