JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for removing encroachment from Mauza-Nardah, Thana No. 152/1, Circle-Puraini, Khata No. 276, Khesra No. 829, Area3750 sq. ft. which is a government land, however, the respondent-State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein, it has been stated that the encroachment in question, has already stood removed.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the encroachment in question has been removed, the grievances of the petitioner stands redressed, nonetheless, he be granted liberty to approach the concerned authorities in case of any subsisting grievance. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
