The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant. The injury found on the informant appears to be superficial in nature. There is a counter version.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015.
