The present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 06.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.67336 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 520 of 2018 registered for the offence under sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and under section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner prays for cancellation of bail of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 on the ground that they are not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54771 of 2024(2) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 regularly appearing in the trial despite the direction of the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the order dated 06.11.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.67336 of 2019. 4.

This application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an application before the Court below for cancellation of bail bonds of the opposite party nos.2 to 4. If such an application is filed, the Court below shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law within fifteen days of its filing. While deciding the application, the Court below shall verify the submission regarding the noncooperation of the opposite party nos. 2 to 4 in the trial. 5.

Since the FIR is of the year 2018, the trial Court shall expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from today and thereafter send a compliance report to this Court.
