Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 504, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act.

The informant alleged that 10-12 unknown persons came and demanded levy from the contractor. On nonpayment they set ablaze the machine. It is submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in confessional statement of co-accused. Save and except confession, the I.O. did not collect any further material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45077 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Main P.S.
