The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod on his head. The injury is opined to be grievous in nature.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case. The injury is opined to be grievous on account of fracture of left parietal bone. From the side of petitioner also many persons were injured. There is no repetition of blow. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 308 and other sections of the IPC. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2015 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.41951 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Belsand P.S. Case No. 38/2014.
