Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is member of the Managing Committee of Madarsa Husainia, Darul Uloom, Paroni, Distt. Madhubani. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Madarsa Board with regard to the appointment of respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.3914 of 2018(4) dt.16-03-2023 2/2 No. 10 on the post of Peon alleging that he has been appointed on the basis of forged school leaving certificate of Class-VIII. Learned counsel for the Madarsa Board submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within a period of three months. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
