3. We have perused the writ application. It appears that the petitioner has moved this Court for quashing and setting aside the show cause notice dated 12.03.2025 issued by Respondent No. 4 i.e. the District Magistrate, Siwan under Section 3 of the Bihar Control of Crimes Act, 2024 calling upon him to appear with his written explanation on 24.03.2025.

4. It appears that petitioner has filed a written explanation as required by the notice but without awaiting the final order, the petitioner has chosen to move this Court by filing a writ application.

5. In our considered opinion, this writ application is not fit to be entertained. The petitioner is at liberty to appear before the District Magistrate, Siwan and press his explanation. It is for him to pursue the same before the District Magistrate, Siwan.

6. Liberty will be there to seek redressal of his grievance against final order, in accordance with law.

7. This writ application is disposed of with aforesaid observations.
