2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have fired upon the deceased and the informant to stop them from appearing in a sessions trial arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 466 of 2018 registered for the offence in which one person died and the informant is being injured. The trial is still going on.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.8.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application after the evidence of the prosecution witnesses in the aforesaid trial is over.
