Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased.

It would appear from perusal of the Annexure-3 to this petition that husband of the deceased has already been acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 1042 of 2013 and similarly, husband of the petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
