03-06-2019 At the very outset, Sri Abhijit Gautam, learned counsel wanted to file vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant. He is permitted to file vakalatnama in the Registry.

Heard Mr. Md. Ziaul Quamar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant/opposite party no. 2. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 25-02-2019, as stated in paragraph - 13 of the petition, in Complaint Case No. 1433C of 2018 registered for offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, has prayed for grant of bail.

However, considering the nature of accusation, period of custody as well as clean antecedent of the petitioner, as stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition, the petitioner namely Md. Intekhab Alam is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1433C of 2018.
