1. The annexures appended to the present writ petition do not match the pleadings made in the present writ petition, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a fresh and wholesome writ petition, however, seeks liberty to mention the case for out of turn listing. Liberty so sought is granted.
