JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner appears to have given two knife blows to the informant causing sharp cutting injuries to him. The informant sustained altogether two injuries, out of which one injury, which has been found on abdomen of the informant, has been opined by the doctor as dangerous to life whereas another injury which has been found on the chest of the informant, has been opined by the doctor as simple in nature. For the above stated accusations petitioner is in jail custody since 01.07.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent and it appears from the fardbeyan of the informant that the alleged occurrence took place in spur of
