Mr. Smt.Shilpa Singh-Ga12 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the policy decision of the Government, as contained in Memo No 193 dated 06.02.2013, the petitioner, having graduated in Public Administration, is entitled to be considered for employment as Teacher in Zila Parishad. On the basis of such submission, he has sought to assail the result published way back in between January to March, 2015. The exact date of result has not been disclosed in the writ petition. Since the said result has already taken effect and more than three years have elapsed, this Court is not inclined to observe anything with respect to the said result. However, so

Patna High Court CWJC No.20488 of 2016(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 far as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that in light of the qualifications and as per the decision of the Department of Education, contained in Memo No 193 dated 06.02.2013, he is entitled to be considered for future vacancies, this Court would only observe that if the qualification of the petitioner is valid as per decision of the Department of Education, contained in Memo No 193 dated 06.02.2013 or otherwise, it would be open to the authorities to consider the petitioner's case for future vacancy.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
