It appears that except confessional statement and recovery of fire-arm, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S.
