The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He is said to have confessed his guilt before the police. Save and except confession, the police did not collect any further evidence against him nor he was put on Test Identification Parade.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
