Petitioner is accused in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 registered under Sections 414, 420, 424, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
