1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Excise Act read with Sections 8, 20b(ii)(C), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail as it has been alleged that 1.538 kg of charas was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application stands rejected.
