JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 On going through the show cause filed in the present case on behalf of the opposite party no. 3 i.e. the Circle Officer, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, this Court finds that the encroachment in question has stood removed on 4.5.2021 in presence of the District Magistrate and the police force, hence, the proceedings of Encroachment Case No. 9 of 2016-17 has stood concluded and has accordingly been dropped.

This Court finds that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, hence there is no rebuttal of the stand taken by the opposite

Hence, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 3.9.2019, passed in CWJC No. 17569 of 2019 has stood complied with, thus the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
