Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and three coaccused, who were caught on the spot with stolen motorcycle, have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S.Case No. 233 of 2012.
