The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is the husband and was granted provisional bail but the settlement could not be arrived and, thereafter, the provisional bail of the petitioner was cancelled. Petitioner is in jail since 04.08.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41851 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 P2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, District Rohtas in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 45/14.
