2. The present petition has been preferred for issuance of directions to the respondent authorities to pay all consequential benefits on the basis of the 1st ACP in the payscale of Rs. 5000-8000 and 2nd ACP in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 including its revision and statutory interest in the light of the letter no. 794 dated 14.12.2009, issued by the Water Resources Department to the petitioner who is eligible for the same.
3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to
Patna High Court CWJC No.4107 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2023 2/2 paragraph nos. 7 to 9 as also Annexure A and B dated 18.07.2018 and 26.07.2018 issued by the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Aurangabad and the Executive Engineer, Daudnagar Division, Water Resources Department, Aurangabad respectively.
4. From the aforesaid facts/annexures, it is clear that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
