The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 297 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 411, 413, 414 IPC, Sections 25(1-B)a,26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession one knife and a motorcycle were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018. The other co-accused have been granted bail as is evident from Annexure-2 series. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court and the petitioner is in custody since
