The petitioner seeks bail in Maner P.S. Case no. 386/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case was lodged against unknown after recovery of a dead body. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ram Sajjan Singh and save and except the confession, the police did not collect any material. Ram Sajjan Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16749/2015.

It is submitted that the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42815 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case no. 386/2014.
