2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 308, 325, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of admitted land dispute between the parties. The accusation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Considering that the victim has received several injuries as enumerated in the order of the 5th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, one of them namely injury no. 2 shows fracture of the left ulna which is grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
