ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, several attempts were made to settle the dispute but it could not be materialized. Be that as it may, on merits, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 14.01.2013 passed in Maintenance Case No. 46 of 2009 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Katihar. The application stands rejected.
The court below is directed to take coercive steps against the petitioner, if he fails to comply its order.
