The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021 registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics and election enmity. Further submission is that the alleged recovery of wine has been made from the rift of hill. Petitioners have no concerned with the alleged recovery. Nothing has been

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise-I, Aurangabad in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
