Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 408 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Chandra Mohan Jha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner very fairly submits that in Para-13 of the bail application he has stated that on 23.11.2020, charges were framed, as such considerable progress has taken place in conduct of the trial.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45716 of 2021(3) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 Learned APP for the State submits that with certain observation the matter be disposed of for conclusion of the trial. Considering the rival submissions, the court below is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

The Superintendent of Police, Saran is directed to produce all the remaining prosecution witnesses who have not been examined on each and every date fixed by the trial court without fail.

If no substantial progress takes place in the trial within the aforesaid period, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail.

With the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
