The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have caught the hands of the victim and dragged her inside the maize field with an intention to outrage her modesty, but on alarm the petitioner is said to have fled away.

It is submitted that the allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43828 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sri Prakash, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Dandari P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014.
