2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure-8 is under challenge in which punishment of one year

Patna High Court CWJC No.5824 of 2018(4) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 increment has been passed against the petitioner. Counsel further submits that this order of punishment is minor in nature.

3. From the perusal of Annexure-8, it transpires that the date of order of punishment has been notified vide Memo No. 1472 dated 28.12.2015. But the present writ petition has been challenged in the year 2018 and one year has already been crossed.

4. In this view of the matter, the case is infructuous, but, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

5. Permission granted.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
