JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 08-01-2016 Learned APP has produced Memo No. 03/Legal Cell dated 07.01.2016, a letter sent by Superintendent of Police, Araria disclosing therein that out of 17 charge-sheeted witnesses 15 witnesses have already been examined. Investigating Officer was expected to be examined on 07.01.2016. Superintendent of Police, Araria further undertook to produce the remaining witnesses. In the aforesaid background, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition.

As such, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
