The petitioner seeks bail in Baroon P.S. Case no. 85 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in this case in the confession of Santosh Paswan. The petitioner was apprehended and thereafter he confessed his guilt. Save and except confession before the police there is no substantial material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
